Terms of use Draft — not yet in effect

Requirements draft. These terms record the conditions the Academy intends to publish. They require founder and legal review before launch and are not yet in effect.

Intended terms

Educational purpose: Academy materials teach concepts using fictional data and a local simulator. They are not production software, deployment services, or legal/compliance certification.
No outcome guarantees: completing a course does not guarantee business results, employment, or a working commercial system.
Software boundary: course software (where licensed to students) is provided for local educational use. Connecting it to live phone numbers, real customer data, or production systems is outside the licence and outside the certification behind the course.
Intellectual property: course materials are © The OC Group / OCG LAB; student-created practice work with fictional data belongs to the student.
Payments (future): if paid materials are offered, prices, refund terms (target: 14-day refund on digital materials), and the payment processor will be published here before any checkout activates.
Acceptable use: no use of Academy materials to misrepresent AI capabilities, place deceptive automated calls, or collect real personal data through the teaching simulator.
