Privacy policy Draft — not yet in effect
Requirements draft. This page records the privacy commitments the Academy must implement and publish before collecting any personal data. It is not a final legal document and requires founder and legal review before launch.
Commitments to implement
- Data minimisation: the early-access list collects an email address only; course accounts (if introduced) collect only what delivery requires.
- No sale of personal data, ever. No advertising trackers on Academy pages at launch.
- Named processors: the email provider and hosting provider will be named here before activation, with their data-processing terms linked.
- Retention: waitlist emails are kept until launch notification plus 12 months, then deleted; unsubscribe is one click and honoured immediately.
- Rights: access, correction, and deletion requests answered within 30 days via a published contact address.
- Course software: the educational simulator runs locally on the student's own computer; the Academy receives none of its data. Students are instructed to use fictional data only.
- Children: the Academy is intended for adults; accounts are not offered to under-18s.
- Changes: material changes to this policy are announced to the list before they take effect.
Staging notice
This staging preview collects nothing: forms are demonstrations that transmit and store no data, and no analytics or tracking scripts are present.
